What we collect

• Vehicle registration numbers you enter, and the reports generated for them.
• Your email address, used only to deliver reports you have paid for and to send you the report you requested.
• Payment information, which is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
• Basic technical data (such as IP address) for security and to keep the site working.

Why we process it

We process the data above to provide the service you asked for, to take payment, to deliver reports by email, and to meet our legal obligations. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you.

Who we share it with

We share data only where needed to run the service: our payment provider (Stripe) for payments, and the data suppliers who provide vehicle history records. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Report and order records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax and legal requirements. Emails are kept in line with our retention schedule.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fasthpicheck.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
